Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with a focus on B2B to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation platforms and campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Automation Tools:
    • Manage and configure marketing automation software and tools to execute campaigns and workflows effectively.

  2. Campaign Development:
    • Create and execute automated B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring programs.

  3. Lead Generation:
    • Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to prioritize and route leads to the sales team.
    • Monitor and optimize lead generation and conversion funnels.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign performance and user behavior through analytics and reporting tools.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  5. A/B Testing:
    • Plan and conduct A/B tests on email content, landing pages, and calls to action to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Use data to refine marketing strategies.
  6. Data Management:
    • Ensure data quality and cleanliness within marketing automation systems.
    • Segment and target audiences based on behavior and preferences.
  7. Training and Collaboration:
    • Train marketing and sales teams on marketing automation best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
