Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team. As a Legal Recruiter at Cyber-Forensics.co, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting legal professionals with the skills and expertise necessary to support our cybersecurity and investigative services.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and requirements within the legal department.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and legal associations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of legal professionals.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
- Recruitment Process:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Employment Branding:
- Contribute to the development of the company's employment brand within the legal community.
- Promote Cyber-Forensics.co as an employer of choice.
- Compliance and Diversity:
- Ensure compliance with legal and equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications or coursework is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Legal Recruiter, preferably within the cybersecurity, legal, or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of legal roles and responsibilities, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
