Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team. As a Legal Recruiter at Cyber-Forensics.co, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting legal professionals with the skills and expertise necessary to support our cybersecurity and investigative services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and requirements within the legal department.
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Candidate Sourcing:
    • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and legal associations.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of legal professionals.
  3. Candidate Assessment:
    • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
  4. Recruitment Process:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offers.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Employment Branding:
    • Contribute to the development of the company's employment brand within the legal community.
    • Promote Cyber-Forensics.co as an employer of choice.
  6. Compliance and Diversity:
    • Ensure compliance with legal and equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
    • Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
  7. Reporting and Metrics:
    • Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
    • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications or coursework is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Legal Recruiter, preferably within the cybersecurity, legal, or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal roles and responsibilities, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
