Job Description:

Cyber-Forensics.co is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Onboarding and Success Manager to join our team. As an Onboarding and Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and achieve success in utilizing our services. You will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Onboarding:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our services and how to maximize their benefits.
    • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to coordinate the onboarding process and address client needs.
  2. Client Success:
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, serving as their advocate within the organization.
    • Understand the unique goals and requirements of each client and work to ensure their success in utilizing our services.
    • Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or challenges.
  4. Training and Education:
    • Provide training and educational resources to clients to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use our services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to share with clients.
  5. Feedback and Improvement:
    • Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve our services and offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, success management, or account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • High level of empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients.
