Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
    • Analyze competitive intelligence and industry insights to inform business development strategies.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Identify and qualify sales leads through prospecting and cold outreach.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of our cryptographic solutions and services.
  4. Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and offerings.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business development initiatives.
  5. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and submit proposals, RFPs, and RFIs to potential clients.
    • Work closely with technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
  6. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report on sales progress.
    • Forecast revenue and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  7. Contract Negotiation:
    • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
