Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with affiliate marketers to drive customer acquisition, expand our reach, and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and manage the company's affiliate marketing program, including the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with program terms and conditions.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners and communicate effectively to drive performance.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Collaborate with affiliates to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Implement affiliate tracking tools and systems to accurately measure performance and payouts.
- Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, including key metrics and ROI analysis.
- Compliance and Fraud Prevention:
- Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines and ethical marketing practices.
- Implement fraud detection and prevention measures to protect the integrity of the program.
- Affiliate Training and Support:
- Provide affiliates with the necessary training, tools, and support to maximize their effectiveness.
- Address affiliate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and program management, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking and management software.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
