- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account growth strategies.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Account Planning:
- Develop and execute account plans, outlining the strategic approach to meet client objectives.
- Set and track account-specific goals and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our cryptographic solutions and services.
- Educate clients on product updates and enhancements.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather client feedback and insights to improve our services and offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes based on client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- High level of empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients.
