Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Understand each client's unique goals, challenges, and requirements.
  2. Account Growth:
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account growth strategies.
  3. Client Satisfaction:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Account Planning:
    • Develop and execute account plans, outlining the strategic approach to meet client objectives.
    • Set and track account-specific goals and KPIs.
  5. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our cryptographic solutions and services.
    • Educate clients on product updates and enhancements.
  6. Feedback and Improvement:
    • Gather client feedback and insights to improve our services and offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes based on client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • High level of empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients.
